GPC offers two programs in Radiologic Technology. One is in cooperation with DeKalb Medical School of Radiologic Technology, and the other is in cooperation with Grady Health System School of Radiologic Technology. GPC offers the general education requirements while the radiology schools provide the clinical courses that are needed for the associate degree.
Students who earn an AS Degree in Radiologic Technology will be eligible to sit for the national American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) exam. Upon passing the exam, graduates will become registered radiologic technologists (radiographers) R.T.(R).
