Appointments: In order to serve everyone efficiently, we prefer that you schedule an appointment. This helps us maximize the amount of time that you get to spend with our provider, while minimizing the amount of time you spend waiting. Make sure you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete any necessary forms. Forms may be completed prior to appointment by downloading and bringing in at scheduled appointment. All clients must complete a Health History Form prior to being seen by the provider. If you are not able to make your appointment or you're going to be late please call and let us know, to avoid a $5 fee. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please reschedule.

Location:
The Student Health Center is located on the Clarkston Campus at
555 North Indian Creek Drive Clarkston, GA. 30021.
We are located in the H building, in room 1210 on the ground floor.
Mobile Unit:
Our Mobile Unit is a
clinic on wheels. The Mobile Unit provides most of the same services as the
Student Health Center. We will be traveling to the Newton, Dunwoody, and Decatur
Campuses. Our goal is to expand health services to our other campuses. For the
Mobile
Unit Schedule.
Note:
A fee may be charged for certain services, testing, and medications.
Prescriptions and Lab tests ordered as appropriate.
We do not accept insurance.

Fees for Employee/Online Students
There is a
Self
Treatment Center providing over-the-counter medication. The students
and employees can access
the medication for minor heath concerns if help is needed, a Registered Nurse is
available for consultation.
The Student Health Center Welcomes GPC Employees. Employees may receive services for a nominal office visit charge. The Student Health Center offers GPC employees a convenient source for health care.
