Timelines for the Class of 2013 have not yet been published.  However, working from timelines that are published, the following is our anticipated timeline for reaffirmation.

2011

January - Orientation of Leadership Team in Atlanta, GA

2012

March 15 - Due date for submission of Compliance Certification Documents

Mid May - Offsite committee Reviews of 2013, Track A, Compliance Certifications

July to October - Quality Enhancement Plan and Optional Focused Report Due 4-6 weeks in advance of On-Site Review

September 25 - 27 - Onsite Peer Review Conducted
