The course covers
the technical skills necessary to provide emergency first aid and CPR to the victims
of accidents and sudden illness. Additionally, this course covers
principles of safety and injury prevention. Students who
successfully complete the requirements of the course and of The American
Heart Association are eligible to receive certification in CPR. First Aid:
