P-Card Training Dates for Calendar Year 2010

Starting in July classes will be held once a quarter in the Clarkston (CM) building, room number 1100, dates (TBD).  The class will begin at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm and will last approximate 1 hour and 30 minutes. The room will seat approximately 10 people, please email Mardina Woods at mardina.woods@gpc.edu or Ife Hinton at ife.hinton@gpc.edu and inform us of the class you wish to attend at least one (1) week in advance of attending.  We will send a confirmation notice for your class.  If the date you wish to attend is overbooked and you need to attend before the next scheduled, Logistical Services will attempt work to arrange a special class for you. Please remember the Purchasing Card cannot be issued to new cardholders until attendance of this class.
