The Dunwoody Campus began its operation in 1979.  Described by some as being "carved out of the forest," the campus is located on 100 acres on Womack Road in a residential area of nothern DeKalb County.  

As you enter the campus, your eyes will immediately focus on the lovely Student Center, which was renovated in June 2009.  Within the center you will find the following Student Services:  Advising, Counseling  & Retention Services, Enrollment & Registration Services, International Admissions & Advising, Student Life, Student Financial Services, Follett Bookstore, Public Safety, Campus Café’ and the ID Office (JCard).

Our mission is to transform students’ lives through academic excellence, relevant co-curricular activities and programs; along with instilling a personal sense of pride in fostering communal and global awareness.  Our primary goal is your success!

The Deans of Student Services in collaboration with the faculty and staff provides an array of administrative, operational and programmatic leadership to Student Life, Student Government Association, Civic Engagement, Judicial Affairs and Health & Wellness.  The Deans also support the Customer Service functions of the aforementioned Student Services, Disability Services, Testing Services and the Campus Public Safety.

Whether you are a traditional student directly from high school, a transfer student, a transient student or a non-traditional student, we are here to serve you!  Hopefully, your tenure here at Georgia Perimeter College will contribute significantly to your future success.  Again, welcome!
