Answer:          It is important to declare a major as soon as possible to avoid taking courses that are unnecessary for your degree program.

Question:        How do I change my major to business if it is not already my major?
Answer:         Complete a “Change of Major Form. The form can be found online at: http://www.gpc.edu/forms/ChangeOfMajor.PDF  Completed forms should be mailed to the Office of Admissions and Records, P. O. Box 8900, Atlanta, GA 30356, or faxed to 678-891-3280.

Question:        Can I receive an associate degree in business from GPC totally online?
Answer:          Yes! You can complete an Associates Degrees in Business totally online.

Question:        How do I know what courses I should take?Answer:          Business majors should take only the courses indicated on the program of study guide.  The program of study guide for business majors can be found online at: http://www.gpc.edu/~acadaff/cat/programs/AS_BusinessAdm.html. Special care should be given to the notes and the desired courses of the transfer institution. 

Question:        Will the courses I take at Georgia Perimeter college transfer to another institution?

Answer:          A wide variety of courses exists at both Georgia Perimeter College and other colleges and universities.  All degree programs do not include the same courses.  It is recommended that you check the program of study at the four-year institution where you plan on continuing your education.
