STEPS TO ENTER THE EXHIBIT:   

1. Download and print-out the Prospectus/Entry Form.       view Prospectus online

2. Look at the seven pages of the images of the sites below and select your first, second, third, fourth and fifth choices and mark them down on the corresponding boxes on the Entry Form.  (note the sites are assigned on first-come/first served basis)

                          sites A1 through A5              sites C1, C2, DCN1 through DCN4 

                          sites E1, E2, ED1 through ED3              sites FE1 through FE6

                          sites H1 through H6              sites L1 and L2  

                          sites N1 through N8                                                      

 

3. Fill out all the remainder of the blanks on the Entry Form and sign it, then send it to the Gallery Director, Don Dougan using one of the following methods:

              a) via U.S. mail to the address listed on the Prospectus

              b) scan and copy it to a digital file and send it via an email attachment to ddougan@gpc.edu

              c) FAX it to the Fine Arts Office at:  678.891.3575
