Announcements:

MLK Day 2012 -- January 16, 2012. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said, "Life's most persistent and urgent question is: 'What are you doing for others?'" Join hundreds of other GPC students, faculty, and staff at a variety of service projects located close to each of GPC's campuses on Monday, January 16, 2012 and make it a "day on" rather than a "day off." Kick-off rallies will take place at 7:30 AM at the Clarkston, Dunwoody, and Newton campuses. See a list of service projects and sign up at gpc.edu/mlk.


Now Recruiting AmeriCorps Members: Are you a GPC student AND a Veteran or other military connected individual (i.e. the spouse or child of a Veteran or someone currently serving in a branch of the US Armed Forces)? Are you interested in helping other GPC students who are either Veterans or military connected inviduals? If you answered "Yes!" to both of these questions, you might be a good candidate to serve as one of 26 AmeriCorps Member serving in GPC's new Military Outreach Center.
