A photo of the Math Center Experienced peer and professional tutors help with all the math courses taught at Georgia Perimeter College. Tutors give instruction on test taking and overcoming math anxiety. Mozart plays to relieve tension. Math computer programs such as Mathematica (used in many calculus, differential equations, and linear algebra classes) and TI-Connect (used to connect TI calculators to a computer) may be accessed. We have many handouts covering topics from algebra through calculus. Also the Math Center has COMPASS practice tests (Math A and Math B) on its computers.
