The men’s soccer team will meet on August 5 at 2 p.m. on the Dunwoody Campus in the F building, adjacent to the soccer field. Physicals will be that evening. Twice-a-day training will begin on August 6 at 7 a.m. and 11 a.m., continuing until school starts on August 16.

Scholarship athletes who will receive housing will reside in the Concepts 21 apartment complex located at The Corners, 3400 Peachtree Corners Circle, Norcross GA 30092. The phone number there is 770-447-9227.

Athletes may move in on August 1 as long as they have a $150.00 refundable room deposit to give to the landlord. The rooms are unfurnished except for a bed, couch and possibly a kitchen table with chairs. Athletes should bring anything else they need.

Athletes wishing to try out should report for twice-a-day training on August 6th at 7 a.m. and again at 11 a.m. Be prepared to continue twice-a-day training until August 16. Anybody trying out must bring a doctor’s physical clearing the athlete for intercollegiate soccer.

Beginning on August 16, practices will begin at 2 p.m.

Athletes coming to training should be prepared. We will work harder and smarter than anyone in the country. If you are not fit, you may get hurt by the end of the preseason, and this may end your season before it begins.
