|Course Title||Tap Dance I|
This course provides the basic technical skills of tap dancing and consists of two studio hours per week. It is intended for students with no previous training or basic tap skills.
|Expected Educational Results|
Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to:
|General Education Outcomes|
Through class participation, physical/movement assignments, writing assignments, and evaluations, the student will demonstrate the ability to understand and perform various tap dance movements, including several variations on a basic ‘time‐step’ routine.
