How to send a College wide email or "GenMail"
*Important* The message must be in plain text format and have no attchments.
A GenMail as we call it, goes out to all employees (NOT students) on all campuses, college-wide (this also includes retirees) This type of email is for college related business only. When sending a Genmail please make sure that there are no attachments to the email (also no special fonts, colors or pictures). It must be sent in plain text format. Please send to genmail@gpc.edu . When your browser is saving your password or is running too slow you might want to try to clear the temp files.
Internet Explorer 7.0- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select the Tools menu.
- Select Internet Options.
- Select the General tab.
- In the Browsing history section, click the Delete button.
- next to Temporary Internet files, Click Delete files.
- When it asks you if you are sure you want to delete all Temporary internet explorer files, click Yes
- Click Ok at the bottom of the window to close the Tools window.
