May 16th, 2012 - Scheduled Downtime for Banner on 5/17!
The Office of Information Technology will be performing additional upgrades to Banner starting at 11pm Thursday May 17th and finishing on Sunday May 20th at 6am. During this time, SIS, SIS-Admin and all Banner related services will be unavailable.
February 7th, 2012 - Launch of New Services!
The Office of Information Technology has released two new services that will enhance your service experience – online chat and the Self-Service Center.
Online chat is available for faculty, staff and students as a means of real-time communication to the GPC Service Desk. Please visit chat on the OIT web site and click on Chat Now on the right-hand side of the screen to connect with the Service Desk. During off-hours, you also have the ability to leave a message for the Service Desk through this link.
The Self-Service Center is a 24x7 solution enabling faculty & staff to submit their own technology requests, track the progress of their tickets and search for solutions through the knowledge base, all without having to contact the Service Desk team. Simply go to the OIT web site and click on the Self-Service button on the right-hand side of the screen. To do this, you must be connected to the GPC network – either on campus or via VPN.January 3rd, 2012 - Retrieving Login Information!
GPC logins for students are available at the GetMyLogin page. GPC/Web, iCollege, SIS, Webmail, and computer passwords are all the same password and can be reset at the GetMyLogin page. Here are some helpful screen captures: Setting Password, Changing Password, Forgot Password.
