Course reserves are managed by the Circulation Department in each Perimeter College campus library. Read the Reserves page, and our Copyright Best Practices statement, for details on placing materials on reserve for your students. Print and fill out the Reserve Form of your campus for the item you would like to put in reserves.
Videos and DVDs designated with location suffix “Faculty/Staff Use" in the GIL-Find@GPC library catalog may be reserved in advance for classroom use. Please read Step by Step Finding Nonprint Resources with GIL-Find to learn how to find those resources. Please fill out the Request Faculty/Staff Use Videos & DVDs form to send your request.
The Perimeter College libraries welcome suggestions for additions to the library's collection. All recommendations are evaluated and acted upon in accordance with the campus library's collection development policies. Please fill out the Purchase Suggestion form to send your recommendations.
The Faculty Toolkit is a guide for using library resources in iCollege. It includes step-by-step instructions for embedding or linking to articles, books, databases, streaming videos, and other library resources. You can also create and link to lists of these resources and embed “Ask a Librarian” and search widgets in your iCollege class.
