Types of Financial Aid
There are
several kinds of financial aid, which can come from the Federal government, the
State of Georgia, GPC or outside sources.
- Grants, which do not have to be repaid
- Scholarships, which do not have to be repaid
- Loans, which must be repaid with interest
- Work-study, jobs which pay you for the hours you work
All types of financial aid require you to fill out a FAFSA. Do this right away.
