Request for Assistance

From time to time students taking classes from GPC Online may having difficulty obtaining information or may encounter problems with which assistance is needed.  Students who are experiencing technical problems should contact the OSC - Online Support Center at www.gpc.edu/icollege/help.html or the GPC help desk by e-mail at helpdesk@gpc.edu or by telephone at 678-891-3460. 

For other information needs or problems, students may use this Request for Assistance Form to submit a request for assistance.  Requests for assistance will be reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate staff person for a response. Please allow 24-48 hours (weekends and college holidays excluded) for a response.  E-mail will be the primary means by which GPC Online responds to requests for assistance. If you prefer, you may telephone GPC Online Student Services during regular business hours at 678-891-2805.

Students who are experiencing problems with iCollege class management should first contact the instructor and work directly with the instructor to resolve the problem before submitting a Request for Assistance Form.
