GPC Foundation Funding and Reimbursement
All requests for funding from the Georgia Perimeter College Foundation must be pre-approved, The “Request for Foundation Support” must be used to request funding of qualified college-related programs or activities during the initial program planning, and submitted no later than six weeks prior to an event. Processing time for all requests funded by the GPC Foundation is three to four weeks. Please plan all requests in accordance with this time frame and allow for ample time for payments to be processed.
Upon approval of funding, the “Request for Foundation Funds” must be submitted for authorization to expend funds and request reimbursement of pre-approved expenditures. Both forms must be signed by the Budget Manager of the department requesting funding, and the dean or division head. Completed forms, along with original receipts, invoices, W-9, and any other supporting documentation must accompany the request for reimbursement. Please send all documents to the Office of Institutional Advancement for approval by the Executive Director of Institutional Advancement.
The Office of Institutional Advancement will retain documentation for audit purposes. The Foundation will not be responsible for refunding any expenditures that have not been pre-approved. No Foundation funds shall be expended for personal or non-job related expenses.
